Your Wedding Reception Music - Choose Convertible DJ
When you contact us, we provide a free inital consultation without obligation. During this first meeting we answer questions (see our FAQ section), discuss your general schedule and location, your broad choice of music, what type of attire that you want the DJ to wear, our packages,special requests and options. Based on this information, we will quote you our service fee and if you want to proceed, we complete the information form and sign a contract that guarantees our availability for your wedding day.
After we are contracted, we are available in-between meetings to exchange ideas and answer questions by phone or e-mail. There is no limit to the number of communications as we want you to feel comfortable that all your questions and details about the music are handled and taken care of.
During the second meeting, which occurs approximately 30 days before the wedding, we review the information forms,discuss and record all details of the ceremony, compile all music requests and if necessary make suggestions.We also discuss the reception theme, pre-record all requests for the special dances, and note special music to play and music to avoid.
If your ceremony is local, we are available to attend the rehearsal and practice sequence of events. We also check for last minute changes and download all special songs not in inventory. On your wedding day, we arrive 1 1/2 hours before contract time to set up and check all systems.
